Refund policy

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Final sale items (e.g., clearance, gift cards, custom orders) are not eligible for return.

Process

1. Email support@hemsandhome.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a return label (if applicable).

3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Exchanges

• For a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order.

Defective/Damaged Items

• If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
